EVD programmes focused on international business:

PSNA: Programme for Cooperation with the Netherlands Antilles
The Dutch Ministry of Interior Affairs and Kingdom Relations established PSNA to stimulate sustainable economic cooperation between foreign investors and companies in Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, St. Eustatius or St. Maarten. -
PSOM: Programme for Cooperation with Emerging Markets
The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs established PSOM to stimulate investments and commercial cooperation between Dutch companies and companies in several developing countries. In 2005 forty countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Central and Eastern Europe will, in principle, be eligible for PSOM.-
Asia facility for China
The purpose of the Asia Facility for China is to intensify relations with China by means of HRD activities, for example scientific and technological collaboration, knowledge transfer, training and work placement. -
Indonesia Facility
The purpose of the Indonesia Facility is to contribute to sustainable development in Indonesia and to promote the climate for sustainable investment. -
Iraq Facility
The purpose of the Iraq Facility is to contribute to the reconstruction of Iraq and the economic restructuring in Northern Iraq. - Matchmaking Facility
The purpose of the Matchmaking Facility is to contribute to the development of the private sector in developing countries.
