International programmes

EVD programmes focused on international public co-operation:

• Asia facility for China
  The purpose of the Asia Facility for China is to intensify relations with China by means of HRD activities, for example scientific and technological collaboration, knowledge transfer, training and work placement.
• CROSS
  CROSS is the Dutch governmental agency responsible for the educational co-operation between the Netherlands and Central and Eastern Europe.
• International Public Cooperation
  The IPC programmes, mainly the Matra Pre-accession Projects Programme, the G2G.NL programme and their short term programme variants, are focused on institution building and capacity building for governmental organisations in candidate member states and several new neighbouring countries of the European Union. Furthermore, the IPC unit holds co-ordination responsibilities as the National Contact Point for Twinning.
• The objective of the President's Programme is to enhance, and invest in, trade relations between the Netherlands and the Russian Federation through means of a management training and internship programme for Russian managers.
